Yay on this win for the East Side. I have to shout-out LEDC and ESNDC, who weren't mentioned but played a silent role in this big win. This commercial real estate transaction didn't happen without the combine efforts of all many partners and supporters coming together for one shared vision; to build local commercial RE ownership, by the people, for the people, of the East Side. Congratulations to the East Side Community Investment Cooperative (ESCIC) for this amazing win!!!
