Sometimes the moments that mean the most happen before you even leave for work. ❤️✈️

This Familia Friday, we are highlighting Juan Franco and a special moment with his family.

Juan’s mom came to visit from Colombia for his older brother’s birthday, and during the visit, she got to see Juan head off to work in uniform for the very first time.

For so many in our comunidad, the career milestones we celebrate belong to our families too. They are the ones who encouraged us, sacrificed for us, and watched us chase goals that sometimes took us far from home.

A proud mom. A proud son. And a moment their family will remember for a long time.

Join the Latino Professionals in Aerospace team for the SAFEE Flight Plane Pull Challenge on Saturday, September 26, at Miami Opa-Locka Executive Airport.

We need up to 20 pullers. Registration is $40, and our team will work toward a $2,500 fundraising minimum supporting scholarships for aspiring South Florida aviation professionals.
