Catholic Charities St. Augustine Catholic Charities St. Augustine Regional Office - Serving St. Catholic Charities has shared in the mission and traditions of the Catholic Church in St.

Johns, Putnam, and Flagler counties with Homeless Prevention Rapid Re-housing, Emergency Financial and Food Program, Senior Services and Weekend Hunger Backpack Program. Augustine since 1944. The area was originally served by staff from the Jacksonville Regional office. The first office in St. Augustine was opened in December of 1975 by Fr. O'Flaherty. The office was housed at San Sebastian Cathol

ic Church. Today, the Catholic Charities network has four regional offices located in Gainesville, Jacksonville, Lake City and St. Augustine. Although the services may vary from site to site, the goal of our programs in each office and satellite location is to respond to the unique needs in the communities we serve. It is our Catholic identity and Catholic Social Teaching that calls upon us to see Jesus in the face of the poor. Catholic Charities could not be responsive to our communities without the work of our staff, volunteers and board of directors, and the support we receive from the diocese, our donors and funders. Together, we are living our responsibility to love our neighbor as we love ourselves (Mark 12:31). "Remember that when you leave this earth, you can take with you nothing that you have received, but only what you have given, a full heart, enriched by honest service, love, sacrifice and courage." ---St. Francis Assisi

Please note that the pasta dinner will benefit our CCF (Children's Catholic Formation) Program, instead of Catholic Charities as previously stated. We apologize for any confusion!

Join us at St. Monica Catholic Church for a Spaghetti Dinner benefiting our Children's Catholic Formation Program (CCF). Come enjoy a great meal with our parish community while supporting an important cause!

The 29th Annual Community Harvest has begun!

During the entire month of September, the 1905 Family of Restaurants throughout Florida (including the Columbia Restaurant, Columbia Cafe, Casa Santo Stefano, Cha Cha Coconuts and Ulele) will donate 5% of your food and beverage check (excluding tax and tip) for lunch, dinner or take-out to support our mission of serving the community's most vulnerable at no additional cost to you.

You simply request a ballot and select Catholic Charities St. Augustine as your favorite nonprofit. The donation is from the Gonzmart Family Foundation — you do not spend any additional money for this donation.

Thank you for your continued support of our mission of helping our community's most vulnerable regardless of religious affiliation, background or beliefs.
