The Wellness Code was everything we prayed, planned, and hoped it would be.
A room full of women choosing their health, leaning into powerful conversations, asking questions, connecting with one another, and creating space to prioritize their well-being.
From the panel discussions to the testimony, from the vendors to the breathwork experience, from the food to the fellowship, every part of the day was intentional, meaningful, and deeply moving.
Thank you to every guest who showed up, engaged, and made their health a priority.
Thank you to our incredible panelists for sharing your wisdom, expertise, stories, and hearts with us. You helped create a space where women felt seen, informed, and empowered.
Thank you to Fairview for serving as a wellness partner, allowing us to host this experience in your space, and providing clinicians on site for blood pressure and diabetes checks.
Thank you to House of Gristle for catering such a delicious brunch and helping us create a warm and welcoming experience for our guests.
Thank you to our vendors for bringing resources, products, services, and wellness-centered support to the event. You added so much value to the day.
And thank you to the SIS Leadership Foundation team for the work, planning, creativity, and heart that went into bringing this vision to life.
The feedback, the energy, and the impact reminded us why spaces like this matter.
The Wellness Code was more than an event. It was a reminder that women deserve access to education, care, community, and intentional spaces to heal, grow, and thrive.
We are still full from this experience. Until next time 🫶🏾🤎
