Space Coast Bunnies is a rabbit rescue, advocacy and education organization in Brevard County, Florida. Message if you'd like to foster or adopt!

We do not have a shelter but operate through our incredible fosters. Our mission is to improve the welfare of rabbits by educating bunny parents, advocating locally, and helping buns in need find safe, loving, indoor homes. OWNER PASSED - URGENT fosters or adopters needed for 3 single buns!‼️

2 are white, 1 is gray. Genders unknown. Approx 1-2 years. Located in Palm Bay.

We can get them vetted and fixed. They must be housed indoors. Fosters need to be in or close to Brevard County to access our vet partners.

We can lend you a pen and supplies to get started.

These poor bunnies are on awful wire without the proper supplies. They will be so grateful to be in a loving home! Will you open yours to a bunny in need? 😓

Do you know what to do if your bunny isn't eating or is unwell? GI stasis can be fatal in less than 24 hours.

We'll show you how to recognize the signs, how to burrito your bun and syringe feed, and steps you can take until you can get into a vet.

Marshmallow Fluff said she's ready with her costume! 😂🎃🛍🍬

Her collar isn't starched though. Marshmallow Fluff is very snuggly! She doesn't mind getting picked up and will stay for kisses and cuddles. She’s very calm. She hangs out on her foster dad's lap while he plays his video game at night for at least 1 hour. 2 hours sometimes. 💕

She's great with her litter box too. She will be spayed soon and would be glad to have a friend! She's about 7 months old and does well with gentle kids. She was born in the rescue after saved 21 buns running loose in the neighborhood earlier this year. She's ready for her forever family now! She's currently located in Palm Bay.

Look who's safe and out of the rain! 🌧💧

Welcome Nimbus! He's the Palm Bay bun we posted yesterday. Thank you so much to Alicia for coming on as a new foster to get him safe! 💙🎉

He's young. Probably about 5 months. He still has sharp baby nails. Very sweet!! We'll get him checked out and on the list for a neuter.

We are in need of pellets if you can help!❗️ Chewy gift cards help too so that we can send items to fosters who are further away (ie, Sebastian, Titusville, and Orlando).

Two separate people in our community need help.

- A gentleman is going through stage 4 cancer and living in a travel trailer with his dog, cat, and bunny, Hapa. We need to help find Hapa a new home. Hapa is Hawaiian for half and half. She's a friendly girl and about 2 years.

- A family lost their father and a now single mom is overwhelmed. Can we help her? Pumpkin is a Dutch mix. She does well with kids and their cat.

We can get them spayed if they are adopted through us. Please help spread the word for two of our neighbors in need. ❤

Update: bun is safe!

Bun in Palm Bay needs rescue! We can't save this bunny without a foster to help!!!

The person who posted said the bunny has been out for a week and they have been feeding carrots.

Our current fosters are all full and we still need a place for Moo Cow. We can't pick up this bunny unless we have a place for him or her to go.

Predators are risk for domestic rabbits who don't have the survival skills to be out loose.

We have the Cape Canaveral bun!! FOSTER NEEDED! ‼️🐇

Calling him Moo Cow for now. He was let go in the parking lot of a condo, his items disposed of. We found out he was purchased from a pet store only 3 weeks ago 🤬 There are coyotes and raccoons and large cats often seen there. Some people have no damn sense!

Small pets sold in pet stores are impulse purchases and usually end up on the street or neglected. 90% of domestic rabbits don't make it to their first birthday.

Thankfully we have this darling baby boy! He's probably 5 to 6 months old. Incredibly sweet and puts his head down on the ground for pets. He is hormonal though and we will be getting in for a neuter soon.

We need a foster for him! We can lend you a pen and supplies. Must be indoors and near or Brevard County.

Thank you to his lovely rescuers JoAnn and Allen for helping a lost bunny in need and keeping him safe for the night! Bunny heroes!!! 💙💙💙💙
