It’s amazing what can be done when people join together in a task! It was a Plarn Making party and we had quite a turnout! So what is Plarn?? It’s “plastic yarn” made out of those plastic bags you get at the grocery. A few folds, a few scissor cuts and they are tied together to make what is used for the plastic mats given out by Streetside Showers. Such an easy way to make a huge impact! And it was fun! 🤗💗

It was a pleasure hosting our new members and potential members at Orientation yesterday! 🤗 What an honor to educate a new group of ladies on the history of GFWC and the incredible work done by the members of our club! 💗

The Viera Woman's Club expressed heartfelt appreciation to the teachers at Ralph Williams Elementary School on May 11th, presenting them with a delightful lunch. Teachers are truly valued by the VWC.

Several women from Viera Woman’s Club spent the morning taking inventory of school supplies at the Supply Zone. We wrapped up the morning by bundling 19,444 pencils! That’s a lot of pencils!

The Viera Woman's Club extends its gratitude to Elements Massage for a serene and rejuvenating experience, which included soothing chair and table massages, delightful culinary treats, and a lovely swag bag of goodies. We enjoyed the skills and devotion of the Elements Massage staff.

It was a wonderful evening at “Music in the Courtyard” at Hemingway’s Tavern! A night filled with delicious food tastings, lovely music and lots of friendship! ❤️ Many thanks to all who attended or helped with this fundraiser!
