There are people in our community walking through cancer, chronic illness, caregiving, uncertainty, and recovery right now.

On June 19th, Live Inspired Brevard is creating a night to honor them. 💙

Honoring the Journey is more than a fundraiser, it’s an evening of connection, storytelling, music, support, and hope for those navigating difficult health journeys.

We’re currently looking for sponsors who want to make a real impact in Brevard County while also supporting wellness, education, and support programs for local families.

Do you know what I love about being human?

Everyday we have a choice…
We have a choice to keep using our body and mind without technology

We have a choice to choose kindness and compassion over hate and fear

We get to choose who and what we want to support

We can choose nature and the ongoing nurturing of our precious resources

We can choose clean food and clean products that support our beliefs and the Earth

We can choose to believe what we FEEL and KNOW in our heart and intuition, or we can choose what we SEE and HEAR on the outside of our Selves

We can choose to believe in humanity and that there is more good than evil

Every choice matters. Everything we do we should be doing and choosing for ourselves but mostly for future generations.

I continue to choose nature and think of how we are going to leave this planet for the next seven generations and beyond. I choose light and healing over fear and disillusionment.
I choose to surround my Self with like minded individuals who care more about our precious Earth than using AI to answer every.single.question I don’t know or understand.

I choose to write my own emails and texts and papers and notes because I want to keep my brain healthy and use my own creativity.
I’m going to connect with real people in the real world where laughter is medicine and touch is safe and supportive for my nervous system.
And if I don’t know something, I’m going to ask a human that does know, or read a book.
And most of all…. I’m going to continue to follow my intuition and let Spirit guide me toward my destiny. I will keep walking the medicine wheel and honoring the gifts we have all been given… This Earth, our bodies….
