At The Woman Boss, we believe career development requires more than a classroom. It requires exposure, access, mentorship, confidence, and the opportunity to learn directly from people who are leading in their industries.
We are excited to launch our Career Development Series, creating opportunities for young women to step inside workplaces, engage with industry leaders, understand different career pathways, and gain practical insight into what it takes to enter, navigate, and thrive in the professional world.
We are kicking off the series in collaboration with Global Properties, with Managing Directo, Nyillan Fye, leading a practical conversation on career development and workplace readiness and exposure on 22 September 2026 at The Global Tower.
But this is only the beginning.
We are calling on CEOs, executives, entrepreneurs, professionals, companies, institutions, and industry leaders to join us. Open your doors. Share your journey. Host a session. Introduce young women to your industry. Help them understand not only what career opportunities exist, but how to prepare for them, pursue them, and lead within them.
Imagine a young woman spending an hour with a banker and discovering a career in finance. Walking into a technology company and seeing herself as an engineer. Meeting an architect, lawyer, doctor, entrepreneur, hotel executive, policymaker, creative, or corporate leader and realizing: “I can do this too.”
That is what this series is about—turning possibility into proximity, and proximity into opportunity.
