Good morning Parkins Peeps! Stats update:
*We have 38 ovarian cancer survivors registered for this year's walk/run. That is so awesome! I can't wait to see and get a hug from each of them!
*We have 28 teams registered
*13 teams have reached the $240 goal for fundraising
*4 teams are close to double digits for team members
WooHoo! I love this event and the good it does for the community. We get to raise money and awareness for ovarian cancer research. We get to honor and celebrate the ovarian cancer survivors with us and we get to honor and remember our loved ones who have passed from this awful disease. I love that survivors get to see and meet other survivors and know they are not alone in this battle. I love that the doctors and nurses and caregivers all come out to celebrate with us. I love seeing all those courageous women stand up at the survivor recognition! We get to do this each year and I can't wait for Saturday, September 26th!

Hello Parkins Peeps! We are just 2 months away from our special day and here is what's happening!
*27 teams are registered and going strong!
*event food secured!
*t-shirt design in production!
*24 year incentive already earned by 12 teams!
The 24 year fundraising incentive is
1. raise $240 and receive a sweatshirt OR
2. have 24 people join your team and receive a jacket!
*DJ and kids area- check!
We just need people to keep registering and making some noise to raise money and awareness for ovarian cancer!
