Exciting news for Providence! Our team has been selected to join the NYU Furman Center’s Housing Solutions Lab 2026 Home Repair Peer Network.

Over the next two months, we will work alongside technical experts and other peer jurisdictions across the country in strategic planning sessions focused on funding, data, and equitable service delivery. The program will include a two-day convening at New York University.

We look forward to bringing what we learn back to Providence as we continue helping residents maintain safe homes and preserve housing wealth for future generations.

A strong local economy works best when more people have the opportunity to participate in it. CDFIs help expand access to resources for people and businesses that may not be well served by traditional financing, helping more ideas, businesses, and communities move forward.

As Rhode Island’s only homegrown CDFI, PRF has been putting that mission to work across the state for more than 40 years.
