The Kiosk at Biltmore Park has been a fixture at the heart of Kennedy Plaza for years. This summer, it’s re-opening better than ever with a fresh new look, outdoor game tables including ping pong, foosball, and chess, plus coffee, drinks, ice cream, snacks, and local merch.

Come celebrate the re-opening on Wednesday, June 10 from 2–4 PM with Mayor Smiley, Providence Parks, the Providence Tourism Council, Providence Arts, Culture, Tourism, and the Downtown Providence Park Network. Be among the first to enjoy everything the newly revamped space has to offer. The event is free and features a special performance by master drummer Sidy Maiga!

Exploring downtown Providence just got a whole lot easier! The Downtown Providence Park Network’s new interactive Wayfinding Map connects everything in one place, from park locations and upcoming events to local hotspots and things to do.

It even links to the 200 colorful street banners from the “You Belong Here” wayfinding campaign, each with a unique QR code you can scan to learn about the artwork and its history. Tap any park pin to unlock amenities, must-see features, and what’s happening nearby, and let the map guide your perfect downtown day.
