On Monday, a federal judge dismissed the U.S. Justice Department’s lawsuit challenging California’s trans-inclusive school sports policies. Judge Cynthia Valenzuela ruled that Title IX does not clearly require California to exclude trans girls from girls’ sports. The decision leaves California’s policy allowing transgender students to compete in accordance with their gender identity in place

Our future home at 60 Eighth Street is taking shape, and now you can walk through it before it opens. We put a 3D tour of the community center on our website: come up the front steps, wander every floor, and watch the windows light up as evening comes on. Every room in it is a program we already run, finally getting a home.

TONIGHT! 🌈 Join us at the Worcester Public Library as we kick off Pride Worcester 2026 and celebrate the opening of FOR THE RECORD: LGBTQ+ Histories.

Created from the Worcester LGBTQ+ History Project, this multimedia exhibit brings together local q***r stories, creativity, resilience, and history… including this Pride banner from the early 1990s.

Tonight’s free opening event will feature a special program, reception, and dancing.
