On Wednesday, we joined the Child Care for Every Family Network and members from across the country and met with our members of Congress to ask them to publicly support universal child care and fight back against Trump administration attacks. We shared our stories, experiences, and perspectives with key House and Senate offices, and held our elected officials accountable for prioritizing child care.

We can all agree that no matter how we identify or who we love, we *all* deserve to be paid fairly for our time and labor. But , LGBTQIA+ folks are paid, on average, 10% less than cisgendered, heterosexual folks? The discrepancies only get worse as you look at the pay gaps for trans men, trans women, non-binary, genderfluid, and two-spirit workers.

This doesn't sit right with us!

Our fight for equal pay includes all: transgender, gender non-conforming individuals, LGBTQIA+ BIPOC, women, immigrants. And is just one part of the inclusive solutions we advocate for! 🏳️‍🌈✊🏽✊🏾✊🏿✊🏼

🎉 Victory! The Patient & Provider Privacy Act is now Oregon law 🏳️‍🌈

The Patient & Provider Privacy Act (House Bill 4088) has been signed into Oregon law! This win protects patients AND providers alike by preserves the right to privacy in Oregon for those that are wanting to seek reproductive and gender-affirming care in Oregon

We’re so grateful to the Eugene community who showed up at Lavender Network, our partners (ACLU, BRO, Cascade AIDS Project), and the elected champions who made this happen: Rep. Lisa Fragala (chief sponsor), Sen. Prozanski, Rep. Tom Andersen & Speaker Fahey. This is what community power looks like!

The raids on the Ohio Organizing Collaborative are the latest example of a broader effort to rig the rules and silence voters.

Across Ohio, politicians have purged voters from the rolls, drawn districts to weaken Black voters’ power, passed laws that make voting harder, and attacked the people who tell the truth about what is happening.

Now they are coming for the organizations that help everyday people vote. We will not let intimidation decide our elections.
