Celebrating an important day in our nation's history, 4D Recovery was honored to join Miracles Club for their Juneteenth Freedom Day Event.

Members of the 4D Recovery community, including staff and residents from our 40 Units program, gathered with community members for a day of culture, connection, and shared experiences.

Juneteenth marks the day in 1865 when enslaved people in Galveston, Texas were finally informed of their freedom, more than two years after the Emancipation Proclamation. It is a time to honor this history and celebrate freedom, community, and opportunity.

Thank you to everyone who helped make this celebration meaningful. We are proud to be part of a community that comes together to honor history, celebrate culture, and strengthen connections.

🎉 Welcome to the 4D Recovery Board, Laurie Huffman and Tony Morse!

Last month, at our May Board meeting, the Board unanimously voted to appoint Laurie Huffman and Tony Morse to the 4D Recovery Board of Directors.

Both bring extensive experience, unique perspectives, and a deep commitment to strengthening recovery support, behavioral health services, and community partnerships across Oregon.

Last week, Laurie and Tony M. met with Executive Director Tony Vezina & Deputy Director Cody Roberts for their board onboarding. Together, they engaged in thoughtful conversations about 4D Recovery's mission, vision, values, and the work ahead as we continue supporting individuals, youth, and families on their recovery journeys.

As 4D Recovery continues to grow and expand our impact, we are excited to welcome their knowledge, experience, and passion for recovery to our Board of Directors.

🌦️🎉 Rain or shine, nothing was stopping our Young Adult IOP's first annual Field Day!

From friendly competition and team challenges to BBQ, laughter, and a few pies thrown at counselors, the day was filled with connection, community, and fun.

Recovery is about more than overcoming challenges. It's also about building relationships, creating positive memories, and learning how to enjoy life again. Events like Field Day remind us that recovery can be joyful, supportive, and full of meaningful connection.

As one client shared:

"It was a great opportunity to learn fellowship and build relationships with people you might not normally get close to."

A special shout-out to our incredible Young Adult IOP counselors and staff for putting together such a fun and successful event for our clients and alumni. Your dedication, creativity, and commitment to building community make experiences like this possible.

With summer just around the corner, we're looking forward to even more opportunities for connection, fellowship, and fun in recovery. ☀️

🌈 Happy Pride Month! 🌈

On Friday, June 5th, our 4D Clackamas County Center hosted an LGBTQIA+ Pride BBQ, bringing together community, connection, and celebration.

Did you know? The Clackamas Center also hosts Happy, Joyous & Q***r, an LGBTQIA+ AA meeting every Tuesday from 7:30 to 8:30 PM. Open to everyone, this group offers a welcoming space for connection, recovery, and community. ❤️🧡💛💚💙💜

On Wednesday, OPB visited 4D Recovery's Adolescent treatment & Mental Health Center to interview members of the 4D team & recovery professionals for an upcoming story focused on opioid use disorder, recovery, and overdose prevention.

Among those interviewed were 4D Recovery Executive Director Tony Vezina, Painted Horse Recovery Executive Director Jerrod Murray, and other members of the 4D team.

We appreciate the opportunity to contribute to this important conversation and help raise awareness about the realities of addiction, recovery, and the importance of accessible support.

This morning, Executive Director, Tony Vezina , met with the Portland Fire & Rescue team to personally thank them for their rapid response to the recent fire at our 4D Recovery Family Campus.

Their quick action helped save critical parts of our building, and we are deeply grateful for their professionalism, care, and commitment to our community.

Special shout out to Fire Chief Lauren Johnson & Andy Ponce, Emergency Operations Division Chief, for leading such an amazing team. Thank you to the entire Portland Fire & Rescue team for all that you do for our community. 4D thanks you!
