Portland Recovery Community Center A Community Center for all People in Addiction Recovery. Call 207-553-2575 for program information. Our Center welcomes all who are taking steps to recover.

The Portland Recovery Community Center is a Community Center for people in Addiction Recovery that offers a visible haven and a home for recovery meetings and activities devoted to addiction recovery. It is operated by staff and volunteers who are passionate about recovery, and every activity is designed to help people with their daily recovery efforts. This Community Center offers peer support to

individuals who use a
variety of recovery pathways: 12 Step, faith-based, medication assisted, and co-occurring mental health among others. We know from experience that successful recovery from alcohol and drug problems requires support from others. Join us to learn more about Center programs and volunteer opportunities! Directions to the Center: 102 Bishop Street is located about three miles north of Downtown Portland. Bishop Street intersects with Forest Avenue, and our building is across the street from Happy Tails dog daycare center. Interstate travelers can exit onto Forest Avenue from either I-95 or I-295.

PRCC is hiring for a Recovery Rides Peer Recovery Coach.

Recovery Rised Peer Recovery Coach is responsible for supporting people who are seeking to begin, maintain, and improve their recovery. The Recovery Coach provides transportation to individuals participating on our Recovery Rides Program; promotes recovery through sharing experience and hope as a peer; helps remove barriers; connects Recoverees with resources and additional recovery support services; and encourages them in their journey. The Recovery Coach supports multiple pathways to recovery.
