This year's Dash for Kids event kicks off tomorrow!

The weather looks to be pretty warm, we tried to get 2026 Dash for Kids sponsor Blairco Heating & Air Conditioning to setup air conditioning all over the paddock, but annoyingly, that was deemed "impractical". We think they just wanted to come race and not have to work, personally.

While we wait for them to invent whole-track-HVAC-ducting, we're thankful for their ongoing support by once again sponsoring The Dash for Kids this year.

Want to ride around Portland International Raceway in a race car or exotic car? Join us this weekend, Saturday June 13 and Sunday June 14 for a great weekend of racing!

At lunchtime both days there will be race car and exotic car rides around PIR which benefit the Community Transitional School. As a passenger, you'll get to experience a couple of speedy laps around the iconic Portland International Raceway while also helping out a worthy charity.

Admission to the event is free and rides start at $20.
