Under the New Beginnings umbrella we have our 2 reentry homes, our 2 stores New Beginnings thrift and Home Inspirations, and an auto shop and much more. We also have our sister non-profit, New Beginnings Through Education. New Beginnings Through Education is an Educational 501(c)3. The mission of New Beginnings Through Education is “To provide the underserved members of our community the opportunity of a more successful life by providing services in the areas of education, life skills, employment skills, and more. We provide these resources with the goal of strengthening our community by reducing crime, homelessness, recidivism, and poverty, one heart at a time. Educational 501c3 EIN 27-1205368

Did you know that if you are 70.5 years old you can donate to a nonprofit tax-free from your traditional or Roth IRA using a Qualified Charitable Distribution (QCD).

If you are 70½ or older, you can transfer up to $108,000 per year (as of 2025/2026 limits) directly from your IRA custodian to an eligible 501(c)(3) public charity. This direct transfer satisfies your Required Minimum Distributions (RMDs) without adding to your taxable income.

We are working hard to open a much needed womens home in El Dorado County.

Would you join us in praying for a women's safe home? We believe God is able to provide exactly what is needed, in His perfect timing, and we would be honored to have you pray with us.

This has been our prayer:

Lord, thank you for your perfect provision. We are trusting you that 31 women would volunteer to walk alongside women in our program, and we are trusting you to provide a suitable 2–5 bedroom home with 2–3 bathrooms, located within 10 miles of our Main Office on Missouri Flat Rd. We are trusting You to provide a generous donor who would be willing to gift our ministry a home or provide a significant portion of the funds needed to make it possible. Whatever our part is, we pray that You will provide that as well. We trust that Your perfect provision and timing to have a women's safe home will happen, and that Your hand in it cannot be denied. In Jesus' name, Amen.

Thank you for praying with us. We believe God is already at work, and we look forward to sharing how He answers this prayer.
