Snowline Health Snowline's mission is to bring peace and dignity through life’s transitions by providing comfort, care, and support to people in need.

Snowline is a nonprofit, community-based organization serving individuals and families throughout the Sacramento region and El Dorado, Sacramento, and Placer counties. For more almost 50 years, Snowline has provided compassionate care and support through life’s transitions, including home-based primary care, palliative care, hospice, and grief support. Our care extends beyond the patient to the whole family, with specialized programs for children, adults, and families experiencing grief, as well as support for veterans. As a nonprofit, Snowline puts People Over Profits. Community support helps us provide care, resources, and services to those who need them, regardless of their ability to pay. Our mission is to bring peace and dignity through life’s transitions by providing comfort, care, and support to people in need. At Snowline, neither patient nor family will ever receive a bill for services. We serve the western slope of El Dorado County and the Greater Sacramento Region: including Sacramento, Folsom, Roseville, Granite Bay, Fair Oaks, Carmichael, Rancho Cordova and Rancho Murieta.

One more moment from Saturday’s Walk to End Alzheimer’s at William Land Park, where our Snowline Health team joined the community in support of people living with Alzheimer’s, the families and caregivers beside them, and those we hold in memory.

Raising awareness also means recognizing the people behind the diagnosis, listening to caregivers, and reminding families they don’t have to face what comes next alone.

Snowline Health brought the energy and some much-needed relief to today's Walk to End Alzheimer's at William Land Park!

Taking support to the next level, the Snowline team set up a surprise refueling station along the course, showing up big for both the cause and the Sacramento community.

Walkers beat the heat with personal cooling fans, floated through a sea of fun bubbles, and recharged their batteries with delicious cookies, sandwiches, and plenty of ice-cold water. It was a wonderful day of cheer, community connection, and honoring everyone impacted by Alzheimer's. 💜
