It’s Manufacturing Month! What better way to celebrate than by highlighting the journey of Noah DeMary, a current Mechatronics Technician apprentice through the GACC Pittsburgh Apprenticeship Program at Röchling Industrial.
When Noah was in high school, he wasn’t sure what he wanted to do after graduation. He knew he wanted a hands-on career, so when his teacher recommended the apprenticeship program, he decided to give it a try.
Through the program, Noah was able to:
· Begin working in the industry during his senior year of high school
· Gain hands-on experience while continuing his education
· Build valuable technical skills and see a future for himself in the field
Today, Noah is in his final year of schooling and has been working at Röchling Industrial for more than 2.5 years. His goal is to graduate and continue working full time.
