RADIANT HALL

RADIANT HALL Radiant Hall is a 501(c)(3) non-profit.

Radiant Hall empowers artists to sustain thriving studio practices by creating and preserving access to space, shared resources, programs, and a supportive community of peers. Radiant Hall currently operates over 70 studios (30,000sf) in three locations, this year reaching a milestone of 250 artists and creatives hosted in our studio spaces. While our mission is rooted in ensuring space for artist

s to create, we also believe that building a community centered around providing equitable opportunities for artists to develop, share, and grow their practice or creative business is just as essential. Our programs, now open for anyone to join, include one-on-one visits and group critiques with industry professionals, grant writing and business marketing workshops, artist statement and creative writing reviews, and more. Through our Open Studio events and outdoor Pop-up Markets we engage the public to buy art, demystify the art-making process and build relationships between residents and local artists. We have also established residency programs and partnerships designed to actively recruit and support artists from diverse communities.

Congrats to all of the artists featured in Surface Tension that opened on 3.11 at the Westmoreland Museum of American Art, in partnership with Radiant Hall and Associated Artists of Pittsburgh.

Shout out to the Radiant Artists featured in the show:
//Christopher Boring (Homewood)
//Heather Heitzenrater (Homewood)
//Teal Fitzpatrick (Lawrenceville)
//Ifeoma (Homewood)
//burnsbothends/Kayte Rose (Resident Artist Alum)

The exhibit features work that appears vibrant and visually seductive yet carries a sense of underlying pressure. Bright palettes and playful materials mask deeper emotional, cultural, and environmental complexities, creating a space where surface and substance pull against each other.

The show is up until Sunday, 5.3.26. Gallery hours for the Westmoreland Museum are 10-5 PM Wednesday to Sunday. Closed on Monday and Tuesday. Don’t miss this!

The RAD World // Demo Day Pt 2

Powered by mimosas, everyone outlasted the fumes and exhaustion. Shanae survived the vote, Marina finally got the window measurements, and Tye got the shot. Nick never wants to see wallpaper again and Deanna locked in a few more studio members.

Claps to our artist community who volunteered their time to prep the walls for a fresh coat. Cheers to our incredible team for making it happen.

This labor of love, our 4th studio in the region, is coming Spring 2026.

On tonight’s episode of The RAD World // A gutted office frozen in the 90s. A team of artists armed with rollers and zero chill. A staff on the brink of something big.

The wallpaper didn’t stand a chance.

Stay tuned.
