✨ 1,000 Days of Hope, Healing, and Freedom ✨
Today, we celebrate a milestone that is about so much more than a number.
For 1,000 days, Her Safe Haven has opened its doors and its heart to women seeking safety, healing, and a fresh start. Over the past 1,000 days, we have had the privilege of serving more than 50 women as they worked to overcome the trauma of sexual exploitation and addiction and build lives filled with hope and purpose.
This journey has been marked by incredible growth and transformation. Together, we have:
💚 Embraced a new identity through our transition to Her Safe Haven
💚 Celebrated 20 graduations and watched women rise above barriers that once felt impossible
💚 Increased our licensed residential capacity from 7 to 10 women, allowing us to serve more survivors in need
💚 Celebrated sobriety anniversaries that were prayed for, fought for, and courageously earned
💚 Grown our team to include lived-experience experts who know firsthand what it takes to move from surviving to thriving
💚 Cultivated a community rooted in faith, safety, healing, and connection
Every survivor who has walked through our doors, every staff member, volunteer, donor, community partner, and prayer warrior has played a part in this story.
As we celebrate 1,000 days, we are filled with gratitude for all that has been accomplished and excitement for the lives that will continue to be transformed in the days ahead.
Thank you for believing in our mission and helping make healing possible.
Here’s to the next chapter of hope, restoration, and freedom. 💚
