PBNIA'S own Dr. Aneesah Coates presented on Mental Wellness at Healthy Habits 4 Pa this past Saturday! PBNIA'S Future Nurses Academy Pitt nursing students volunteered providing blood pressure screenings, education and serving meals to these amazing senior citizens! Participants received free breast cancer education, mental health education, exercise, food, health screenings including blood pressure, cholesterol, and bone density, vaccinations and much more.

October is here and we have two Senior Saturdays coming up! 😎

October 10 is our full wellness experience with movement, nutrition, health education, screenings, resources and more.

And since it’s Breast Cancer Awareness Month, we’re asking everybody to wear PINK. 💗

Then we’ll be back October 24 for our fitness session focused on movement, mobility and staying active.

Both are FREE for adults 62+.
