We love an ecumenical Vacation Bible School! This year, Camp Downtown (a VBS program of the Downtown Pittsburgh Ministerium hosted by First Lutheran Church) rode the incline up to St. Mary of the Mount Church of Mary, Queen of Peace Parish, where the campers enjoyed lunch, learned about the parish's sign language ministry with the Deaf community, and toured the church, noticing similarities and differences with their home churches.
