Queen Anne style structure originating in 1895. The family home was constructed on parts of holes 4, 5 and 9 of the Allegheny Club 9-hole golf course.

This first permit is a small job, a new door. A PA and City of Pgh registered contractor is required. Any/all recommendations are welcome. Please tag this post to prospective contractors so we can move forward with the project. TYIA

The construction permit is in process. All work in the City of Pittsburgh requires that the selected contractor have both a PA Contractor's license and the City of Pittsburgh contractor's license.
