Amazing morning @ Steamworks Community as we turned our regular What’s Brewing First Friday into a compelling presentation by Jim Cardillo , USMC, Visiting Iwo Jima.

Warrior Canine Connection Service Dogs in Training Miller and Fran in were present, but most people didn’t notice them. Way to go!

We’re looking for volunteers to pitch in with setup/breakdown, registration, guiding guests, distributing resources, serving meals, and general event support, from 8:00am to 6:00pm. We will potentially need volunteers to set up hygiene kits on a separate day.

If you can lend a hand, please reply with a complete registration form by May 1, 2026:

* Your name and best contact method
* Your organization affiliation if applicable
* The role you’d like (setup/breakdown, registration, guest support, meals, logistics, etc.) (Roles are not guaranteed)
* Your preferred shift(s) (ex. 8:00am – 12:00pm, 12:00pm – 6:00pm, or full day)
* Any accessibility or special accommodations needed
