Summer Strength Series Training with Mr. McCusker and Mr. Albright will be held 2 days a week, Tuesdays and Thursdays, for 8 weeks from 9 - 10:15am. This class is for students who will be in 7th, 8th, and 9th grades in the fall. Strength Series is designed to help your student-athlete reach their full athletic potential - right where they are in their current stage of development. The training will focus on preparing students to peak for the tryout week of their respective sport or build athleticism. Please see the flyer for this class for complete details.The cost for 16 sessions is $170.
