Operation Amani provides a place of hope, healing, training, and support to the formerly gang-involved and previously incarcerated populations. The blueprint of our organization is based on the 30-year-old, Los Angeles-based, largest gang rehabilitation and re-entry program in the world named Homeboy Industries.

If you’re 18 or older and ready to level up your skills, build your resume, and step into new career paths — our workforce development program in Pleasant Ridge and Meyers Ridge is designed for Sto-Rox residents who want more.

🎯 YOUTH AFTER-SCHOOL PROGRAM | Ages 12–17
Keep your teens active, creative, and supported after school!

We offer fitness, photography, audio, video & digital media experiences Monday–Friday from 3:30–6:30 PM — a fun and safe program built for Sto-Rox students.
