Meet Eleuterio Martinez of LifeWorks Community Action in Ballston Spa, NY. He learns the same way he teaches. 👀

As a new auditor, Eleuterio is already learning that the best way to help homeowners understand their home's energy performance is to show them — not just tell them.

Visuals make it click.

So when he heard about The Clean Energy for Homes Conference, he showed up ready to dig in. He's been hands-on with vendors on the trade show floor, bouncing in and out of sessions, and soaking up everything he can — because that's how he learns best.

The more he builds his knowledge, the better he can serve the homeowners who trust him. That's the kind of professional development that matters.
