Manifest A Home is a nonprofit organization that will provide families the knowledge to obtain the American dream of owning a home. Our organization will provide top services for families wanting to own a home from the start from financing to the closing process. Our goal is to provide assistance so that a family can pick a desirable location, decorate and also help with the renovation process too
. Manifest A Home will provide a project manager, interior designer, finance advisor and also a real estate agent, if needed. This organization will provide the cost of the home, the renovation and fully furnished. We ask for the future home owners to commit to 300 hours of volunteer hours and $750 for a down payment. We are going to provide services to families who believe that the American dream of owning a home is still alive. All we ask from families is to always believe in their vision with strong faith and they will achieve their goals. Also we will impact the local community, small business, and local school by providing caring members of the community with increased economy. Using our programs will be different from similar model structure nonprofit organizations because each family will be part of every step and their input will be 100% used from choosing their location to choosing the paint color of each room. We will allow potential families to choose everything from list of financial advisors, project managers and interior designers. Our goal is to provide our first family a home before the Thanksgiving holiday of 2018, which the house will be fully furnished and decorated too. We will reach this goal by first raising $40,000 by November 1, 2017. Money will be raise through donation, grants, corporate donations and products or service fundraises. We project to become a registered 501(3)c status by February 1, 2017.
