A new round of speaker series offered by Côr Ministiries Pgh, whose mission is to prepare, enrich and sanctify marriage and family life! Each month enjoy a delightful cup of coffee from our friends at Brother Andres' Cafe, thoughtful and provoking topics followed by Q&A, discussion and community! No cost for the event - donations accepted and free babysitting offered upon request!

What an amazing and wonderful evening! We had our biggest crowd to date, and we are so grateful to everyone who came out to run, walk, cheer, volunteer, sponsor, and support Côr Ministries.

Côr Ministries Pgh presents our 3rd annual 5K & 1 Mile fun run on Friday, August 14th!

We run to strengthen the CÔR of society. Come join in the fun and support our mission to strengthen the foundation of Marriage and family! Enjoy live music - hot dogs and more! We will kick off the event with Mass in the pavilion celebrate by Fr. DJ Egan at 4:15pm.

All proceeds benefit Côr Ministries classes, programs and events, helping us make our impactful marriage and family programs accessible to everyone, regardless of their financial situation. Our mission is to prepare, enrich and sanctify marriage and family life. Kids under the age of 3 are FREE.

6:00 PM - 1 Mile Fun Run
6:30 PM - 5k Race

5k Registration:
$40 per adult (18+)$15 per child

1k Fun Run Registration:
$25 per adult (18+) $15 per child

Medals for top individual runners
Trophy for the fastest fundraising team (traditional xc rules)
Dinner with a Priest for the highest fundraising team

Teams are back!
You may run as an individual or as part of a team for this Fundraising 5K. Teams are made up of 5 or more runners and have a goal of raising $1,500 or more.

Today the Church celebrates Saints Priscilla and Aquila, a married couple whose home became a place of faith, hospitality, and evangelization. They worked alongside St. Paul, welcomed fellow believers, and helped spread the Gospel through the witness of their marriage and daily lives.

Their example reminds us that holiness is not only found in extraordinary moments, but also in faithful friendship, hard work, hospitality, and love lived each day.

Today, we ask, Saints Priscilla and Aquila pray for all married couples, families, and those who open their hearts and homes to others. Lord, make our homes places where Your love is known and Your Gospel is lived. 🙏🏻

Happy Father's Day to all! All men are called to fatherhood — physically and/or spiritually — through lives of sacrifice, guidance, protection, and love. Research consistently shows the profound importance of fathers in the lives of children, families, and society. A faithful father helps build confidence, stability, virtue, and hope for future generations.

Today, we lift up all fathers in prayer with gratitude for their vocation and witness. 🙏🏻
St. Michael the Archangel,
defend us in battle.
Be our defense against the wickedness and snares of the Devil.
May God rebuke him, we humbly pray,
and do thou,
O Prince of the heavenly hosts,
by the power of God,
thrust into hell Satan,
and all the evil spirits,
who prowl about the world
seeking the ruin of souls. Amen.

Today, on the holy Solemnity of the Sacred Heart of Jesus, we give our hearts to Jesus. And, as tired and wounded as we are, when we unite our hearts to Jesus’ Heart, we are filled with His love, forgiveness, compassion and mercy.

The Unites States bishops consecrated our nation to the Sacred Heart of Jesus, knowing He can soften the hardness of our hearts and ignite a passion to live for Him! At the consecration, Archbishop Bernard Hebda, St. Paul – Minneapolis, said, “If we approach the heart of Jesus, on fire with his love, it’s going to set even our dry or hardened hearts on fire. . .The wounded heart of Jesus desires to speak to our own wounded hearts.” And, Archbishop Alexander Sample of Portland, Oregon emphasized, “The Sacred Heart of Jesus is not merely a symbol, it is the living Heart of the Risen Lord, still beating with love for humanity. In that Heart we find our true home. In that Heart we discover who we are. In that Heart we find the freedom for which we were created.”

At Côr Ministries, our mission is to connect with every stage of family life, single, young (or older) adults, engaged couples and married couples to rebuild the foundation of marriage and family, the heart of society. Join us as we honor the Sacred Heart of Jesus and pray the Consecration to His Sacred Heart.
