🎉🐾 Puppy Alert: Cuteness Levels Have Reached Maximum Capacity 🐾🎉

Our four tiny Chihuahuas — Lotus, Bentley, Royce, and Aston — have officially discovered that humans give pets, and they are VERY on board with this development. They now march right up like, “Hello, yes, we’ll take the snuggles now.”

They’re busy mastering the important puppy skills:

Toy testing (everything squeaks, therefore everything is amazing)

Texture inspecting (blankets? rugs? your shoelaces? all fascinating)

Sound investigating (new noises = dramatic head tilts)

Grass adventuring — in teeny tiny bursts because Phoenix said “110°”

They’re eating soft food like champs and will be graduating to puppy kibble soon. And their little personalities? Bursting through like sunshine.

💛 Pre‑adoption is now open to previous Paw Kindness Animal Rescue adopters only.
🏡 They’ll be ready to head to their forever homes at around 12 weeks of age.

'It is with the heaviest of hearts that we faced the inevitable and walked our dear friend Coco to the Bridge, as she made her way to Heaven! Because all dogs go to Heaven!
Coco’s story is a sad one until she found us. Her story does not differ from the reality of most rescue dogs.
We choose to tell you about the story after:
When she was loved!
When she was, and will always be, a cherished member of my family (foster mom) and the Paw Kindness family!
When she was free to be herself, despite her broken parts!
We choose to tell you how much she mattered to us and how much we love her!
Coco’s spot in our routine is now empty, but everything she taught us and all the memories we have made will carry us until the day we meet again!
THANK YOU is not enough for the people who support us!
To the one donor who makes all this possible—you know who you are; we cannot do this without you! Thank you!
Northern Regional Veterinary Hospital: Thank you, Dr. Starks and staff, for supporting us and providing ongoing, exceptional, and compassionate care for all of our animals!
https://northernregionalvet.com/
To Dr. Matt Capitanio and the staff at Horizon Pet Cremation Services: Thank you for providing a dignified, compassionate crossing and aftercare for my friend Coco. Most of all, thank you for your support!

To The Tilly Project: Thank you for providing this amazing last chance to make lasting memories.

To Nancy Colon Photography (part of The Tilly Project):
https://nancycolon.com/
Thank you for showing up and capturing sweet Coco’s true spirit, providing lasting, unforgettable memories that we will cherish!
To my OG, my friend Amy Weir , who has volunteered many, many hours to provide photos for every dog that came and left us: Thank you. Amy provided the intake photos for our Coco 10+ years ago. We miss you...
For all the friends who sent messages to us for delivery to Heaven by Coco, they have been sealed and delivered! If you are interested in sending a message to a loved one in Heaven with us, we will pin the instructions.
To our friend and family member, Coco:
You are so loved and will be greatly missed. We are honored to have been chosen as your guardians!
Be kind. Kindness is free. Help a senior dog, or any dog—you will not regret it. Volunteer, foster, adopt, be a responsible human, and spay and neuter your pets. Leave this earth and its critters better than you found them.

Grammy has been one busy little adventurer! 🌲💛
Last month she took a sweet road trip through Payson, Strawberry, and Pine — soaking up sunshine, fresh air, and all the love she almost never got the chance to feel.

This precious girl entered our Forever Foster Program as a medical senior that would have been at risk because of her health needs. Instead, a loving foster opened their home… and Grammy has been thriving ever since. 🐾✨

If you’ve ever thought about fostering, consider becoming a Forever Foster for a senior or special‑needs dog. Giving an at‑risk pup a safe place to land isn’t just life‑changing for them — it’s incredibly rewarding for you too. 💛

Let’s help more dogs like Grammy get the chance to shine. 🐶💕

Meet Goldie and her four tiny nuggets, the newest members of Paw Kindness Animal Rescue. 💛
These babies were barely 2 weeks old when they arrived, and sweet Goldie’s milk had nearly dried up. With some supplemental bottle feeding and a healthy, nursing‑mom diet, her milk bar is officially back open and the pups are thriving with round, happy bellies.
We can’t wait to introduce each little face. Stay tuned for updates on this precious family.

🕊️ In loving memory of Blue 🌈
Last week we said goodbye to sweet Blue, the beloved 12-year-old pit bull. He left this world peacefully, surrounded by his devoted forever foster family and his rescue family.
Blue will be remembered for his playful spirit — especially his clever habit of hiding toys and goodies in his very own couch. He loved sunny days at the bark park right by his home and, most of all, quiet snuggles with his forever foster mom.
We are so grateful to Amy and Ashton for giving Blue a lifetime of love, comfort, and care in his forever foster home. Thank you for opening your hearts and home to him.
You will be greatly missed, Blue. Rest easy, sweet boy. 💙

We are feeling groovy and want to share that Mystery (now Zoey), Jinkies (now Sadie), and Hannah (now Hanna) are all thriving in their forever homes! ❤️
Can you believe these sweet pups are 7 years old now? And yes, they are all from the same litter! Adopted as tiny puppies from Paw Kindness, they’ve grown into happy, healthy dogs living their best lives.
We love these updates so much! Thank you to their wonderful families for giving them the forever homes they deserve.

Rub a dub dub, Grammy bear is in the tub! 🛁✨
Oh, what a tale from the whimsical world of tails and trouble! 🐾
In the sun-dappled yard of our forever-foster haven, sweet Grammy the dog—our super-senior bear with a twinkle that dementia can’t quite dim—went prancing (well, as much as her osteoarthritis allows) on her morning constitutional. One happy sniff, one curious step… and OOPS! Right into a sneaky little pile of poo.
Our girl just tilted her head, gave a dignified “well, I never!” snort, and looked up at us with those cloudy, knowing eyes as if to say, “Darlings, even queens step in the royal muck sometimes.”
So off we trotted to the rescue spa!

Bubbles danced around her snowy muzzle. A soft washcloth whispered away every last bit of the oopsie, while we said some silly words and promised her extra treats for being the bravest, most magnificent old soul in the Paw Kindness Animal Rescue Forever Foster Program.
She may not remember the bath five minutes from now, but her happy little sighs and the way she leaned into every gentle scrub? Those say it all.
Here’s to our wobbly, wonderful Grammy bear—proof that even the silliest missteps can end in bubbles, belly rubs, and the very best kind of love. 💛
Who else has a senior sweetheart who turns “uh-oh” into “ta-da”? Drop a 🐶 below if you’re team Grammy!

🐾 Happy 7-Year Update on Audrey! 🐾
Meet Audrey (formerly known as Aubrey) — one of the very first dogs who inspired the founding of Paw Kindness Animal Rescue. She was among the 35 dogs we pulled from a closing shelter where she had spent far too long in a kennel, misunderstood and labeled “hard to place.”
Thanks to the right evaluation and support, we finally understood exactly what Audrey needed. That led us to her perfect forever home with Crystal and Paul — and she’s been happily living her best life with them for 7 years now! 💕
Proof that every dog deserves to be seen for who they truly are.

🐾 Vet day at Paw Kindness Forever Fosters!
Our sweet forever foster ambassador Sprinkles had her check-up today to help manage her weight loss due to her genetic condition. Sassy also saw Dr. Starks to stay on top of her ongoing IBD.
We work hard every day to keep our special needs pups as healthy and happy as possible. None of this would be possible without the incredible support of our donors — thank you from the bottom of our hearts! ❤️ Northern Regional Veterinary Hospital
