Maggie’s Place provides safe housing and a nurturing community for homeless, pregnant women.

For 25 years, Maggie's Place has provided housing and services to pregnant women facing homelessness. With 5 maternity homes and one transitional apartment complex, we have housed over 1,200 women and over 700 babies have called us their first home. Thanks to the support of our community of supporters, donors, volunteers and AmeriCorps we have been able to continue the values of our mission!

A heartfelt thank you to the amazing volunteers from ⚕️ Midwestern University | Tomorrow’s Healthcare Team who spent their morning serving at Gabriel House!❤️

From organizing diapers and wipes, breaking down boxes, creating welcome signs for future moms and babies, and preparing a delicious taco soup dinner and cookies, this incredible group made a lasting impact. Did you know?

Many people assume that Maggie's Place only provides diapers for the moms and babies currently living in our homes.

The reality is that our support doesn't end when a mom moves out.

Through our Donation Closet and program support services, many Maggie's Place moms can continue receiving diapers and other essential resources as their children grow and their families transition toward long-term stability.

That's why we need more than newborn diapers. We regularly serve older babies and toddlers, making larger diaper sizes and pull-ups some of our most-needed items.

This Diaper Awareness Week, we're collecting diapers of all sizes, with a special need for: 💙 Size 4 💙 Size 5 💙 Size 6 💙 Pull-Ups

Because support doesn't end at move-out and diaper needs don't end after infancy. Thank you for all the support this week!
