BREAKING NEWS: A HUGE WIN FOR ARIZONA FAMILIES & SCHOOL CHOICE!

The Arizona Supreme Court has upheld the lower court’s decision, ending the effort to place the Protect Education Act on the November ballot. Parents and families won. Educational freedom won.

More than 100,000 Arizona families currently rely on Empowerment Scholarship Accounts to choose the education that best meets the individual needs of their children. This initiative threatened to restrict that freedom and limit the choices available to families across our state.

At America’s Women, we believe parents have the responsibility and authority to raise their children. Parents know their children best. They love them, care for them, and understand their
unique needs in a way government never can. Government makes a poor parent.

Today, we celebrate the parents and advocates who refused to stand on the sidelines. We are especially grateful to the Goldwater Institute and the Arizona parents who brought this legal challenge, along with the organizations and advocates who have worked tirelessly to defend educational freedom in our state.

And above all, we thank God for this answered prayer.
Arizona has become a national leader in educational freedom because families have choices. Today, those choices remain protected. Every child is different. Their education should be allowed to be different, too. This is a victory worth celebrating.

God’s design empowers individuals, strengthens families, and keeps government within proper limits. When we forget these foundations, freedom weakens. When we return to them, society flourishes. America’s system was intentionally built so that power would stay close to the people, and communities—not bureaucracies—would cultivate virtue, charity, and stability.⭐️

When people prefer ease over responsibility, they naturally drift toward bigger systems that promise to “take care of everything.” But that’s not how God designed human authority.‼️

Freedom requires responsibility. Responsibility requires self‑governance. And self‑governance begins with remembering who our ultimate authority actually is.🙌🏻
