For almost six years, infertility left us feeling broken, powerless, and unsure of what God was doing. We had prayed for children, believed for children, and still found ourselves waiting. There came a point where I had to be completely honest with the Lord about the grief, anger, and confusion I was carrying. That honesty became part of my healing.

Adoption was not giving up on God’s promise. It was how God fulfilled it. When I held Jaxson for the first time, I knew he was the child I had prayed for. He was not second best. He was not Plan B. He was our son, and adoption was simply how his story began. That revelation became part of the foundation for Chosen Ministries.

We believe adoption is God’s heart in motion, and we exist to help more families say yes to the children God has already written into their story.

God sets the lonely in families, and sometimes He lets us take part in that beautiful work. Adoption reminds us that belonging matters, that children are worthy of love and stability, and that no family should have to walk this journey without prayer, support, and community around them.

Adoption can hold more restoration than we ever thought to ask for. Sometimes we are praying for safety, connection, belonging, and one open door of healing, and God begins restoring relationships we thought were too broken or too far gone. These stories remind us that adoption is not only about making a family, but also about trusting the God who restores all things with tenderness, patience, and love.

For many families, adoption is not delayed because love is missing. It is delayed because the financial weight, emotional overwhelm, and complex process can feel impossible to carry alone. Chosen Ministries exists to help remove barriers, strengthen families, and support Christian adoption so more children can be welcomed home with love, stability, and hope.

That is why Project 300 exists: to gather 300 people who give $25 a month to help fund Christian adoptions and support families saying yes. Together, small monthly gifts become real provision, steady encouragement, and a reminder that adoptive families are not walking alone.
