Girls in the rural, impoverished Maasai community of Oloirien Village, Kenya, need your help!

In Maasai culture, girls often face immense barriers to education. They are born into
impoverished circumstances and face significant challenges in accessing education due to
deeply ingrained patriarchal cultural norms favoring boys' schooling. Currently, girls make up
less than 1/3 of the students attending Super Eagles Academy, the only school in the Village.
This perpetuates a distressing cycle of educational disadvantage among girls, impeding their development and sense of empowerment. Many are at risk of early pregnancy, teen marriage, and harmful cultural practices, unless they are allowed to attend school and receive an education.
