AZYouthforce is a youth workforce development program through the Boys & Girls Clubs of the Valley.

Teens devlop valuable professional skills through our workforce academy and then are matched to paid internships.

This summer internship season, is helping teens get to their summer internships through Waymo rides, removing transportation barriers and creating more pathways to opportunity for young people.

This summer, BGCAZ is helping remove one of the biggest barriers teens face: transportation. Through the new AZYouthforce Workforce Mobility Pilot, up to 40 teens will receive access to autonomous Waymo rides to and from their paid summer internships at no cost to participants.
