Can I really be transparent? Adulting, being the mom of a teenage girl, the type of work that I do, building an organization and the heaviness that's in the world right now; sometimes just a glass of wine or whatever you drink, putting your earplugs in and just dancing around the house feels soooo good and it's ok.

Can we talk about it ladies, what do you do to feel good and release the weight of the world.
