Although today’s BAYADA Regatta had to be canceled because of the Nor'easter, we want to pause and recognize the incredible community behind this event.

From weeks of planning to the heavy lifting, including our amazing volunteers pictured here who helped unload and return boats, we are so grateful to the BAYADA Home Health Care team, our hard-working volunteers, and the athletes from across the country who bring this regatta to life every year.

Thank you all for your hard work, energy, and unwavering support. See you all at BAYADA Regatta 2027!!

An important update for our BAYADA community: Due to forecasted weather conditions, the 43rd Annual BAYADA Regatta scheduled for Sunday, September 27 has been canceled and will not be rescheduled for 2026.

While we’re disappointed we won’t be together on the river this year, the safety of our athletes, volunteers, attendees, and staff comes first.

For more than four decades, the BAYADA Regatta has brought our community together to celebrate perseverance, teamwork, and service—and that spirit extends far beyond a single day.

Thank you to every rower, volunteer, organizer, sponsor, and supporter who helped prepare for this year’s event and continues to make this tradition so meaningful. ❤️

We look forward to coming together again in the future.

We had a fantastic time riding with Veterans from the Philadelphia VA Medical Center!

Good people. Good rides. Great day. 🚴☀️

PCAS has partnered with the VA to help more Veterans with disabilities get access to adapted sports. Really, days like this are what it’s all about: getting outside, trying something new, meeting some great people, and having fun together.

Thanks to our Veterans, our awesome volunteers, and our friends at the Philadelphia VA Medical Center for making it happen.

More rides to come! 🚴‍♀️🙌

Virginia State Parks is the first park system in the nation to have a colorblind viewfinder at each one of its 43 locations — thanks to the dedication of one park ranger. Other states like Tennessee and North Carolina are following suit.

Congratulations to our very own Youth Track alum, PCAS Swim Coach, and Athlete Ambassador, Ava McEntire, on being awarded the Atlantic East Conference 2025–26 Medal of Inspiration! 🏅✨

Beyond this incredible honor, Ava has built an inspiring list of accomplishments across athletics, leadership, and academics:
🏊‍♀️ Co-Captain, (Immaculata University Women's Swimming)
🇺🇸 Team USA Para Swim Competitor
🤝 Founder, Mighty Mac Para Swim Meet
🏆 MACSPY Unsung Hero & 2x AEC All-Academic Scholar
💙 PCAS Youth Swim Coach & Athlete Ambassador

From PCAS Youth Track to collegiate and national swim competition, Ava’s journey showcases dedication and resilience. But what makes us proudest is her heart; even with an elite training and collegiate schedule, she prioritizes coaching and mentoring our youth athletes, proving that true leadership includes opening doors for the next generation.

Thank you to and (Atlantic East Conference) for recognizing such a deserving athlete and role model!

Join us in sending Ava congratulations in the comments below! 👇💙

Well, another amazing Cinco De Mayo ride is in the books. Thank you to everyone who rode, volunteered, cheered, and donated to PCAS. The Pennsylvania Center For Adapted Sports helps people with disabilities enjoy sports and outdoor recreation and we can't do it without your support! We had a great day on Sunday for our ride. Please enjoy some photos that were taken that day. Huge thanks to our photographer Bob for the amazing photos!
