🩰🎼Wednesday's Child: Brooklyn🩰🎼
Introducing Brooklyn, who is an amazing teen who is ready to shine. The moment she stepped into one Urban Movement Arts's dance studios, her eyes lit up. She was finally able to take in every movement reflected in the mirrors around her. She is truly a dancer and loves expressing herself through movement.

Brooklyn has spent so much of her life caring for others. Now, it’s her turn to be supported, encouraged, and cared for by a loving family. With the right guidance and strong role models by her side, she’s ready to keep growing and moving confidently toward a bright future. 💛

Wednesday's Child: Devon
Meet Devon at 16 who wants to become a motivational speaker, and listening to him sharing his inner strength, he will achieve that dream and so much more! He had a great night seeing his first in-person game. He also loves music, writing his own songs, baking and cooking. What he could use is a family to be there to celebrate his victories with him (and to share his cooking!). He is true to himself and his faith, and would blossom with the guidance of a family of his own. If your family would be a good fit, get in touch.

2025 was a year of connection, advocacy, and hope. 💙

Because of our community, 49 youth were featured across NBC10 Philadelphia and Bear Country Good News Magazine, giving children in foster care the visibility they deserve.

From match events to mentorship to family support, every step we take is about one goal: helping young people find permanent, loving families.

Wednesday's Child: Dorian
Called an "old soul" this 14-year-old had a fun time at a recent Philadelphia 76ers game. Meet Dorian who enjoys fishing, swimming, art, reading books like "Wings of Fire". He also enjoys playing basketball and football and is great at wrestling. He is person filled with gratitude and curiosity and likes to learn things. He is ready for a family who enjoys doing things together and who hopefully have pets. He loves dogs and cats and enjoys caring for pets. Get in touch if you are ready to be a family for Dorian or other youth living in foster care.

Wednesday's Child: Gabriella
Gabby (who is now 9) is ready for a forever family.

She would do best with a family who will love her and provide their hearts and home, encorporating her into their family. The love and stimulation of a home will only help her live a meaningful life. She will need extensive medical intervention and care, but the support from her doctors, nurses, therapists, and others will be invaluable to support her in their home.
