Women's Caucus for Art Philadelphia Chapter The mission of the Women’s Caucus for Art is to create community through art, education and social activism.

Founded in 1972 in connection with the College Art Association (CAA), WCA is a national member organization unique in its multi-disciplinary, multicultural membership of artists, art historians, students, educators, and museum professionals. Art is to expand opportunities and recognition for women in the arts. WCA is committed to education about the contributions of women, opportunities for the exhibition of women's work, publication of women's writing about art, inclusion of women in the history of art, professional equity for all, and respect for all individuals without discrimination and support for legislation relevant to our goals. The International Caucus maintains the Women's Caucus for Art's involvement with the United Nations, develops art platforms to support UN Goals, develops collaborative projects with other global organizations, collects data about art & activism projects and shares this information with the larger WCA membership.

There’s still time to sign up to show your art at the Clark park Arts and Music Festival on Saturday June 25th, from 11am-7pm.

For $25, artists receive a 2’x5’ space on our grid wall to hang their artwork. Artists are also welcome to bring a display table for showing 3D sculptural works and prints.
