CCIM stands for Certified Commercial Investment Manager and is affiliated with the National CCIM Organization based in Chicago, IL. For more than 50 years, the CCIM designation remains the gold standard for commercial real estate professionals, including appraisers, asset managers, brokers, developers, i
nvestors, lenders, and other allied professionals. CCIMs complete a rigorous program of advanced coursework and training in financial and market analysis, but also demonstrate extensive experience in the commercial real estate industry in order to receive the designation. The Florida East Coast District, 1 of 8 districts within the Florida Chapter, covers and services the following counties: Okeechobee, Saint Lucie, Martin and Palm Beach. We are here, not only educate you on the power of the CCIM designation, but to bring real estate professionals within our district together. We strive to keep track of what is happening within our district and share with you, through educational, social, and multiple lunch & learns, the services and values that various real estate professionals and companies provide in various real estate related transactions.
