It is with a heavy heart that I inform you that Angel Baby Gowns will be closing at the end of February. We will be finishing the keepsakes for the gowns we have and donating any Angel gowns to other Angel Gown charities. Thank you for your support over the years! Thank you for all your prayers!

We have experienced a total loss in Hurrican Ian. We are not sure when we will be sewing again or accepting any gowns. We hope you will be able to reach another Angel gown charity to donate to. Thank you for your kind heart!

Seeking additional help sewing Angel Baby Gowns. If you can sew and have a heart for this ministry, please contact me. The number of ladies wanting to donate their wedding gowns to this cause is overwhelming. A good problem to have, but considering each gown makes 10-20 Angel Gowns or wraps, we need more help! ** Not a paid position** Thank you!

Hello brides! I wanted to give an update on the progress of our waiting list... I have enlisted the help of a couple other seamstresses and we are working to get caught up on the gowns we currently have, and the ones on the wait list. We will contact you when we are working on your gown or when we are ready for you to send your gown to us. Thank you all for being so patient! Hugs to each of you and thank you for your big heart!

Hello my friends... I took a hiatus from my charitable sewing activities, but I am now 18 months post treatment, and have started sewing again. I am blessed to be healthy! I have several gowns on hold, and a wait list for accepting gowns. I have an additional seamstress helping me out. And I can use more! I have had some inquiries of how to help this ministry if you do not have a wedding gown to donate? There are many ways to help!
1. Wedding gowns from Goodwill or Thrift Stores.
2. I always need to pick up notions such as ribbon, buttons, or auxillary material.
3. Help with mailing costs is always appreciated!

Thank you all for your well wishes... I am almost finished with the extra surgeries thrown my way... And I am CANCER FREE! 6 more months and I will be back to my old self. Thank you all for your patience! Angel Baby Gowns will be back up and stitching with love in no time! Tracy Davies Stoops

Health update: Wow! It has been a year since my diagnosis of invasive ductile breast cancer. I have had half of the reconstructive surgery done. But I have had a setback... I need to have Radiation now, so other surgeries will be postponed. I need 6.5 weeks 5 days a week. And unfortunately I wont be returning to sewing right away. Please keep praying!

Update: My diagnosis of invasive breast cancer has delayed my returning to sewing a bit. I have had a double mastectomy with reconstruction and will be having chemo. I have had people ask if they can do anything for me, and the one thing I would love is to find more seamstresses to help with this task of love. If you can sew, you can make these. The gowns give you so much to work with! Satin for the body and lots of lace and beading for the embellishments. I use blue for the baby boy vests, but you dont have to. If you know someone who sews, and has a big heart.... maybe this is for them. I have 8 donated wedding gowns now, and several on my waiting list to ship. Please share and have them contact me.
