This month is Mental Health Awareness Month. NAMI Oshkosh helds it annual 5K, supported several individuals, families and friends through support groups, mental health first aid trainings.

The Oshkosh Public Library provided a resource table with books, flyers and messages of hope.

We have a resource that we have been working on since January!

It is our updated website. It is full of resources that all can use to make a difference in how people live with mental health challenges and how people perceive mental health in our community.

Please take a look at it. Give us your thoughts.

Be well.
