💙 Sometimes the most meaningful difference starts with making a connection.

Oshkosh Area United Way recently helped connect Edenbrook of Oshkosh and Olson Legal Group LLC around a simple idea with a big impact.

For some time, Olson Legal Group has helped stock the little pantry at the corner of New York Avenue and Central Street. This time, staff and residents at Edenbrook joined the effort by assembling snack packs, decorating each one with encouraging messages before donating them to Olson Legal Group to help keep the pantry stocked.

Located near Vel Phillips Middle School, the little pantry is well used, with donated items often picked up quickly. These snack packs will help provide a quick bite and a reminder that someone in the community cares.

We were also excited to put our newly received 2026 Mitsubishi Outlander Sweepstakes Car, generously donated by Bergstrom Automotive, to work by picking up and delivering the snack packs. 🚗

This project is a reminder that one of the most meaningful roles we can play is bringing people together. When local businesses, organizations, volunteers, and neighbors work together, generosity reaches further and creates a ripple effect throughout our community.

Thank you to Edenbrook Oshkosh, Olson Legal Group, and Bergstrom Automotive for helping make this possible.

When we make the most of the resources already available in our community, everyone benefits. Food that might otherwise go unused can help meet immediate needs while reducing waste.

Consider this opportunity from Day By Day Shelter to extend the impact of your gathering and support neighbors in our community.

United is the Way we move our community forward.

Party's over? The giving doesn't have to be. 💚 Leftover food from a graduation party, family reunion, wedding, or summer gathering can help feed guests at Day by Day!

Before you toss it, consider donating it! Together, we can reduce waste and share a little extra kindness.

Remembering Sally Cuttill 💙

It is with heavy hearts that we share the passing of longtime Oshkosh Area United Way volunteer and Monday Ladies member, Sally Cuttill.

For many years, Sally generously shared her time and talents with our organization. She was a familiar and valued member of our Monday Ladies volunteer group, helping support Oshkosh Area United Way and the organizations we serve.

We are grateful for the time we had with Sally and for the many ways she contributed through her volunteer service.

Please join us in keeping Bill, the entire Cuttill family, friends, and fellow Monday Ladies volunteers—including her sister, Sue—in your thoughts during this difficult time.

Thank you, Sally, for your years of support and dedication. You will be missed.

It’s been a week since Oshkosh Area United Way’s 29th Annual Day of Caring, and we’re still receiving photos, stories, and thank-you messages from across our community. 💙

While volunteers were out completing projects throughout Oshkosh and the surrounding area, many participants also donated diapers, wipes, cleaning supplies, and monetary gifts to help stock Oshkosh Area United Way’s Community Vault.

Together, volunteers and community supporters contributed more than $350 in needed supplies and donations that will help local partner organizations respond quickly to the needs of individuals and families throughout our community.

The Community Vault helps connect donated essentials with local nonprofits, schools, and organizations so that needed items can get where they’re needed most.

We’re grateful to everyone who gave their time, donated supplies, shared their talents, and helped strengthen our community. The impact of Day of Caring continues long after the projects are completed, and we’re thankful to be part of a community that continues to show up for one another.

United is the Way to move our community forward. 🤝
