“God’s Call on Your Communication” - because how we speak, listen, and show up in hard conversations says more about our leadership than almost anything else.

We’ll talk about communication at work, at home, and everywhere in between. What it looks like to lead with honesty instead of performance, and how to have the conversations you’ve been avoiding.

We asked a few of our J4 women why they keep showing up, quarter after quarter.

One woman shared: “It has been amazing to be a part of community and feel God’s presence and peace throughout the whole event.”

That’s the whole point.

J4 isn’t networking with a worship playlist. It’s women in the marketplace, leading teams, running businesses, raising families, who’ve stopped pretending they have it all figured out and started showing up for each other instead.

Some rooms just feel different the second you walk in.

That was this one.

Women who showed up tired from a heavy week and left lighter. Real conversation instead of small talk. A speaker who didn't hand out a five step plan, just honesty about what it looks like to find purpose when work, identity, and faith feel tangled together.

Today’s the day. 🙌

For some of you, it took some courage to sign up. To carve out the time. To show up for yourself.

We are so glad you’re here. This room is full of women who get it, who are leading with faith, navigating the tension, and hungry for more of what God has for them.

God has a special purpose for your life, right where you are.

Today we’re going deep on what it means to answer that call with integrity, with purpose, and in community with women who are right there with you.
