What does it mean to borrow faith from your community?

We were never meant to walk this life alone. God knows our weakness, including the weakness of our faith. And sometimes it’s easier to believe His promises for someone else than it is to believe them for yourself.

That’s where borrowing faith comes in.

When your community sees what God is calling you to, even when you can’t. When you’re doubting, struggling, not sure you can handle what’s in front of you. When your faith feels too small for the leap.

Your community carries enough faith for you.

This is what got J4 member Laurel Ordonez through some of the biggest leaps God has called her to take. She didn’t always feel ready. But her people did. And that carried her through.

If you’re still looking for a community like this, we’ve got you. Follow along to stay connected, and stay tuned for our upcoming forum in August.

You can Google it. You can ask AI. You can listen to podcasts all day.

And still feel stuck. Because growth isn’t just about access to answers. It’s about who you’re walking with.

Real community will:

- Challenge you when you’re off track
- Encourage you when you’re tired
- Remind you of truth when you forget

That’s something information alone can’t do.

In Scripture, we’re reminded: “Carry each other’s burdens…” (Galatians 6:2)

You were never designed to navigate life, leadership, or faith alone.

So maybe the next step isn’t another answer… Maybe it’s reaching out. Opening up. Letting people in.

What if singleness isn’t something to survive… but something to steward?

It’s easy to feel like life hasn’t “started yet” when you’re single.

Like you’re waiting for the *real* thing.

But God doesn’t waste seasons.

This isn’t a gap. This isn’t a pause. This is a time to:

- Grow in your identity
- Deepen your relationship with Him
- Become who He’s called you to be

Because the truth is who you become in this season will shape every season after.

So instead of asking, “When will this end?”

Start asking, “What is God doing in me right now?”

👇🏽 Reflection:

What is this season teaching you?
