is helping aspiring principals and administrators earn credentials at no cost while receiving mentorship, coaching, and hands-on leadership training. Through this investment, educators are gaining the tools and support needed to lead thriving school communities, and by 2027, DELPI will support 367 diverse and culturally responsive school leaders across California. 🎓

DELPI must be included in the California state budget to ensure this critical work continues for educators, students, and communities across California. 🏫

For over a century, split leadership and blurred responsibility in California’s state-level public education system have made it difficult for students to get quick and effective support when they need it. Today, 951 organizations used their collective voice to change this, sending a statement to all California legislators urging them to reform California’s education governance system to better address students’ needs. 💪 💪
