On , we’re proud to highlight the role coaches can play in helping young people make healthy choices.

We partnered with MADD on a new Coaches’ Guide, shaped by insights from high school coaches and designed to give coaches practical tools to help prevent underage drinking and substance use.

Our CAA training in Baltimore brought together 10+ organizations for a day of learning and conversation around sports-based youth development. So much thoughtful insight and energy in the room! 🙌

"Meet Coach Sheena Flowers, CAA Coach and Dodgers Dreamteam Field Champion.

Her philosophy is simple: mistakes happen, what matters is what you do next. Learn from it, leave it behind, get your head back in the game. That's the kind of mindset that is 💙

Thank you, Coach Sheena, for showing up for your players every single day.

DC was good to us 🙌

We brought together coaches and host site supervisors from Fight For Children, Special Olympics DC, Soccer for the Future, Midtown Youth Academy, and Washington Area Frisbee Club for 2 days of training, conversation, and a chance to connect.

Huge thanks to our partners at Building Bridges Across the River for welcoming us back to THEARC campus. We also got to visit THEARC Farm and learn more about ways to get involved with the community.

And as always, grateful to Monumental Sports & Entertainment for supporting this work 🫶

Back to school means one thing for us: the season coaches show up for kids in ways a classroom alone can’t.

The impact of a trusted coach goes beyond the field. Coaches can help young people build confidence, strengthen social skills, improve academic outcomes, and feel supported as they navigate the school year.

That’s what Coach Across America is all about: helping coaches show up, build trust, and create positive change in the lives of young people.

After a tough loss, this coach didn't lead with the score. He led with pride.

"I'm very proud of you guys." "It's the first game and they took us to the limit." "All I ask is a good attitude and try hard." ⚾

That's the kind of moment that builds a team. Not just how you show up for the wins, but how you show up after the losses. 🙌
