MICHA's 2026 Workshop and Festival: Awakening the Inspired Actor was filled with joy, storytelling, and a renewed vigor of community building.

We are never static. In this month’s MICHA Monday, actor and photographer Jess Maynard will bring concentration to the moments between, luxuriating in change, and finding ease in transformation. Playing with Expanding and Contracting, participants will have the opportunity to engage in the power and radiation of a simple choice. Participants are asked to bring in a few lines of text they would like to play with.
