ArtsConnection Teen Programs

ArtsConnection Teen Programs We support artistic expression, leadership development, and experiential learning through the arts.

ArtsConnection’s out-of-school programs provide young people with various free art-going, art-making and writing opportunities. In extending experience beyond the classroom, ArtsConnection Teen Programs challenge teens intellectually and socially, helping them to develop greater college and career readiness skills. Our programs attract 20,000 young people each year through High 5 Tickets to the Arts, Teen Advisory Council, Teen Reviewers and Critics, Student Art Program, Pizza and a Movie and internships.

🎉 We're switching things up! Our (TCT) program is moving to the fall, and applications open August 19!

Teens Curate Teens is our most teen-led programs, which produces an exhibition created for teens, by teens, and based on a theme chosen by teens. NYC high school students become curators and collaborate with teen artists to develop a public group exhibition.

Last year's exhibition: Ephemeral: An Artistic Journey of Nostalgia.
Ready to curate, create, and collaborate? Stay tuned for application details!
