A behind-the-scenes look at Hochman Studios!

We’re bringing The Hochman Method to life as we film our K–2 strategies in a classroom setting, showing educators what explicit writing instruction looks like in action.

Modeling is a powerful teaching tool at every age. By showing students how to approach a task, teachers can build confidence, strengthen understanding, and lay the foundation for independent writing.

We can’t wait to share what we’ve been working on!

The Writing Revolution's Co-CEOs, Dina Zoleo and Toni-Ann Vroom, will be speaking at EdTech Week.

AI is everywhere in education, but much of it still feels untethered from classrooms. This session starts from a different place. We will share implementation insights, real classroom examples, and what we are learning about impact as Judy is used by teachers to support writing instruction across subjects and grade levels. The goal is not to showcase more AI, but to explore what it looks like to do AI better, in ways that are grounded in proven practice and responsive to the realities of teaching.

Writing is one of our most powerful tools for supporting students' thinking, yet it's often missing from structured literacy programs.

At the Festival of Education, TWR Director of Impact Alexandria Chalonec presented "The Writing Revolution: A Missing Piece in Structured Literacy," showing how the Hochman Method embeds writing instruction into any content area to strengthen students' writing, knowledge, oral language, and analytical thinking.

A great two days seeing TWR in action across Yavapai County, Arizona!

Our School Partnerships team, Serena White, Director of School Partnerships; April Laing, Manager of School Partnerships; and Cassidy Burns, Senior Faculty, visited six schools to see how educators are bringing TWR strategies into their classrooms.

Across the visit, our team observed 14 teachers in grades 6–9 using TWR strategies in ELA and social studies. Just a few months into their first year of implementation, it was exciting to see the work taking shape and to share feedback and recommendations for what comes next.
